Full information of all-new 2011 Elantra is out of the bag when it made its debut at the LA Auto Show this week. Hyundai just released figures and pricing for its 2011 Elantra sedan, which was marketed as the Avante in South Korea.

The all-new 2011 Elantra is powered by a 1.8-liter Nu engine mated to 6-speed transmission or a 6-speed manual. The engine devolops about 148 horsepower and 138 lb-ft of torque, while in some states it will be rated at 145 hp and 130 lb-ft of torque instead. Hyundai claims that the 2011 Elantra has an estimated fuel economy of about 40 mpg highway and 29 mpg city.

The 2011 Hyundai Elantra will have a starting price of $14,830 before a $730 destination charge. The Base model includes standard equipment such as stability control, traction control, anti-lock brakes, and a bunch of electronic goodies. There are also available optional equipment such as a touchscreen navigation system, iPod integration, heated rear seats, and a 172-watt or 360-watt sound system as well.
