Porsche Panamera Turbo pumps to a 750-hp Moby Dick

German tuner, Edo Competition, took a shot at tuning the Porsche Panamera. The performance package includes a full bodykit and engine upgrades, and it is called Moby Dick.

While the Moby Dick Porsche Panamera is no comparison to Moby Dick the white whale in Herman Melville’s 1851 classic novel, the tuned Porsche Panamera does pack a punch when it comes to performance. The twin-turbocharged V8 engine has been tuned to a staggering 750 horsepower, and that is 200 horsepower up from the stock model. Edo Competition claims the Moby Dick Porsche Panamera can accelerate from 0-62 mph in under 4 seconds with an electronically governed top speed of 211 mph. The Pequod could use a bit of that horsepower to steer away from Moby Dick during its rampage.

On the exterior, Edo Competition dressed the Moby Dick Porsche Panamera with a full bodykit, which includes new front and rear bumpers, widened wheel fenders, lowered side skirts, a new hood, and along with an upgraded exhaust system. To round the looks, there is also a lowering device to accommodate the huge 22-inch wheels.

And for the interior, the Edo Competition employed leather, wood, metal and carbon fiber materials for seats and trimming. Does the Porsche Panamera from Edo Competition deserve an iconic name such as Moby Dick? You’ll be the judge!
