From a glance, it looks like a Ferrari F50, but this is a Spano supercar built by GTA Motor. It was debuted at the 2011 Geneva Motor Show yesterday.
The Spano supercar is powered by a V10 engine producing 820 horsepower and 708 pound-feet of torque, which sits on a carbon-kevlar composite and aluminum chassis. That is a lot of power with little weight to drag around. According to GTA’s numbers, the Spano can accelerate from zero to 60 mph in under three seconds and with a speed top of 217 mph.
To help with the stopping power, it is equipped with huge 15-inch AP Racing disc brakes and six-piston caliper along with ABS technology. A wide set of Pirelli PZero Rosso 330 tires were used to put power to the pavement, which are measured 19 inches in front and 20-inches wide in the rear.
The Spano supercar will be limited to 99 units worldwide. Much like a Ferrari F-50, it is built for performance and yet elegant. It comes with a few comfort amenities such as a glass panoramic roof and a system of interior lighting, and a luggage compartment with fitted bags. Just lets hope that your luggage doesn’t catch fire since it sits so close to the engine.
