Hyundai introduced the all-new 2011 Sonata at the Los Angeles Auto Show just a few days ago. This is the latest version of the popular midsize sedan for North American with Hyundai’s “Fluidic Sculpture” design language and an all four-cylinder engine lineup to the U.S. market. Production begins at Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Alabama in December with retail sales beginning in January.
The new 2011 Hyundai Sonata with the all new Theta II 2.4 gasoline direct injection four-cylinder engine that is mated to a six speed automatic transmission. The new direct injection engine is expected to deliver 23 mpg city/35 mpg highway with 198 horsepower. There is also a 2.0-liter Theta II turbocharged GDI four-cylinder engine and Hybrid Blue Drive models to debut by 2010 year-end. Other additional features include XM Satellite Radio, real-time XM NavTraffic, XM Data Services, HD Radio Technology, Bluetooth, Touch-screen navigation and iPod/USB inputs.
The 2011 Sonata represents a modern approach to the traditional midsize sedans by using smaller four-cylinder engines as to six-cylinder and 8-cylinder engines. LOL…@DtorBill is working for Toyota as a salesman in Japan. So you get the idea! What a kiss ass jerk you are for being bias against Hyundai. Next time, why don’t you try sucking on something else instead of suckin on the tail pipe of your Jap boss or better yet, just get on your knees and tell him that you failed him by trying to convince everyone in youtube by spreading a bogus rumor. Shame on you, you loser! “Stop the Jap trolling in Youtube”…………..
beatstork1
DtorBill is definitely an insecure Japanese guy who may have something to do with Toyota. Every Hyundai videos I’ve been, this guy has been talking about Toyota cars. I’m thinking, is Toyota that desparate?

Please leave him guys, this DtorBill guy is a typical example of a Japanese Nationalist, who feels that it is his patriotic duty to unreasonably troll and disparage likes and products of their emerging neighbor such and China and South Korea in order to make Japan’s products look better by comparison. It’s no secret that Japan’s entire business line and her economy have been in the dumps for over a decade, and this poor man must feel very anxious, have compassion for this poor fellow =(.
DtorBill
Troll? I’m not who write with different accounts pretending different people… Unlike you,… sorry
DtorBill
Again to explain it… Have you seen the comments against Toyota and other Japanese companies without reason… that’s why And some of these videos has as ‘tag’ camry, royota and things like that.

DtorBill
Anyway, Hyundai is improving, although it should be honest and especially not that arrogant, comparing. And, on the other hand, the rest of car makers are not sleeping. Don’t think… if Hyundai is improving, Toyota is not doing it, because you are completely wrong, sorry.
DtorBill
I deleted this: TAU engine what? The best what?Uhm, man, you are arrogant: First of all, the “beautiful” TAU is based on OLD CVVT technology, which unfortunately is,… Just OLD. Anyway, if you want me to say something: That engine got awards because of price. Just see the comparison: Together with V6 Engines, the most of them. Please, try to be educated, informed and, respect if you don’t know about engines/mechanic. And the worst: Hypocrit to say ‘we take care of ecology’ with that V8.
DtorBill
JD POWER 2009Toyota Motor Corporation captures 10 segment awards—more than any other corporation in the 2009 study—including five for Lexus, four for Toyota and one for Scion. Lexus receives awards for the IS, GS, GX, LS and LX models. The Lexus LX has the fewest quality problems in the industry, with just 52 PP100. Toyota models receiving awards in their respective segments are the 4Runner (in a tie); Sienna; Tundra (in a tie); and Yaris. Sorry, I can’t see Hyundai.
