The all-new 2012 Chevrolet Colorado will soon make its way into the Australian market and elsewhere in the world except the U.S., and we’re crossing our finger that it will someday land on our shores soon.  Holden (Chevrolet in Autralia) just released a four-minute video of the making of the 2012 Holden Colorado for the 2011 Melbourne Motor Show.

The all-new 2012 Holden Colorado is sharp looking with its aggressive stance and bold look. Rather than a gasoline engine, it is powered by a new 2.8-liter diesel engine producing around 175 horsepower and 285 pound-feet of torque.

The 2012 Chevrolet Colorado made its debut in Thailand a few months ago, and just last week, it came out on stage at the 2011 Melbourne under the Holden brand. Check out the video below.

  • OK I’m really interested with this amazing truck. It’s just a great SHAME that an American Brand truck was first released in Thailand.

It is a shame. GM is playing the same old game again; have their nice cars else in world first but U.S. No wonder it had failed in the past. If they are keeping this attitude up, it will sure lead them to another a failure in the U.S., and there won’t be a bailout for them this time around.
