General Motors’ European divisions, Opel and Vauxhall, are preparing to unveil two new vehicles a new secret concept car next month at the Frankfurt Motor Show. The new two vehicles are the Vauxhall Astra GTC and the Opel Zafira Tourer.
GM hasn’t spilled much details on the secret show car, and all it is saying at this point is that the experimental prototype will be driver-focused. In our judgement of that statement is that this new concept car will be sports car.
The Astra GTC and Zafira Tourer will each receive their world debuts on Opel/Vauhall’s all-new show stand in Hall 8, with the press conference taking place at 9.45am on September 13.
The 2012 Astra GTC with its rakish design will be equipped with a range of gasoline and diesel engines with outputs between 117 horsepower and 176 horsepoewer will be available to order before the car hits UK showrooms later this year.
While the Opel Zafira Tourer has a completely re-designed Flex7 seating system along with innovative technologies. It too will be powered with a range of gasoline and diesel engines with power output ranging from 117 horsepower to 176 horsepower. The Zafira Tourer will reach UK showrooms early in 2012.
