The new Alfa Romeo 4C Concept gets a new body-color when it debuts at the Geneva Motor Show this March. The Alfa Romeo 4C Concept has been given a ‘Fluid Metal’ finish, which Alfa claims that it “dynamically enhances the smooth and sinuous lines of the car”.
In addition to the new paint job, the Alfa Romeo 4C Concept also gets an upgrade package as well. Aluminum and carbon fiber are used in the construction of the 1.75-liter turbocharged engine, which delivers about 200 horsepower. Power is shifted through the rear wheels via a new dual-clutch transmission.
The Alfa Romeo 4C Concept is a very light compact sports car, which weights in at only 1,873 pounds. With a power to weight ratio of less than 8.8 pounds per horsepower, the Alfa Romeo 4C Concept can launch from 0-62 mph in less than 5.0 seconds and with a top speed reaching 155 mph.
It is expected that the Romeo 4C Concept will enter production by next year.
