Nissan is releasing its new 2012 Nissan Maxima, but only with minor revisions to the styling and equipment upgrades. The revisions involved in a few cosmetic changes that include a slightly different front grille design, new rear lights, new 18-inch and 19-inch aluminum alloy wheels, and the addition of two new exterior colors of Java Metallic and Dark Slate.
For the interior, it remains relatively the same as the previous year model. But we do see that it receives some changes in the audio center stack and white-illuminated gauges along with a range of new colors.
The 2012 Nissan Maxima base model 3.5 S CVT will still carry the same MSRP of $31,750, excluding destination charges, as previous year model. And the SV model will be price similar as last year model at $34,450.
Later next year, Nissan will also introduce a new limited edition package for the Maxima 3.5 S. The $710 package includes smoked headlights with HID bulbs, 18-inch aluminum alloy wheels and a rear spoiler.
