The 2012 Toyota Prius hybrid quietly sneaked onto the show floor at the Frankfurt Motor Show today. The hybrid car got a facelift with minor revisions to both the exterior and interior, and along with new gadgetry as well.
The 2012 Toyota Prius hybrid gets a revised front bumper with a larger lower grille along with new clear headlamps and daytime running lights. And in the rear end, it also gets a revised tail lamps. In addition, new powered door mirrors can be folded to the sides, and a new set of alloy wheels to round out the look of the Prius.
As for the interior of the Prius, it gets new upholstery, a revised center console, blue push-start button, new information display, and sensory lights that change the color scheme from grey to black.
While hybrid powertrain remains the same in the 2012 Toyota Prius hybrid, which provides a combined fuel economy of 3.9 lt/100 km and CO2 emissions of 89 g/km in European cycle.
