Porsche Panamera Turbo gets more power and wide-body kit by Hamann tuner

The new Porsche Panamera Turbo has been given a new treatment in both the exterior as well as under the hood by Hamann tuner of Germany. The tuner’s latest modifications to the Porsche Panamera include a wide-body kit and a shot of power to its already potent turbocharged engine.

Starting with the exterior of the Porsche Panamera Turbo, it gets a wide-body kit that includes widened front and rear fenders, new front bumper and rear bumper with diffuser, side skirts, and a larger rear wing. The styling package not only makes the new Porsche Panamera Turbo looks good, but also functional as aerodynamic equipment to put more down-force during high speeds.

In addition to the wide-body kit, Hamann tuner raised the performance of the Porsche Panamera Turbo to another 79 horsepower and 89 lb-ft of torque to give a total power output of 579 horsepower and 605 lb-ft of torque.

For gripping power, 60mm stabilizer bars are added on both ends of the car along with a new set of Forged Gunmetal wheels. The new wheels are measured at 9.5×22 inches up front and 11.0×22 inches at the rear, and wrapped in 265/30ZR22 tires and 305/25ZR22 tires, respectively. To round out the suspension system, Hamann dropped the Porsche Panamera Turbo by 30 mm all around.

Of course, a true modification is not complete without some type of revision to the interior. Hamann made available of new leather and Alcantara for the seats and side panels along with a set of aluminum pedals and piano lacquer for the trim.
