Lexus has just revised the Lexus LFA Nurburgring Edition for 2011, and it is aiming to take the lead as the fastest production supercar to run the Nurburgring track.
The Lexus LFA Nurburgring Edition has been revised to focus on the Nurburgring track. The new version comes with more aerodynamic parts, a 10-mm lowered suspension, and revised 4.8-liter V10 engine as well. The revised engine resulted about 562 horsepower, which is an increase in 10 hp from previous version. This translates into a 0-62 mph time of 3.7 seconds for the Lexus LFA Nurburgring.
With revised the package, the official lap time for the Lexus LFA Nurburgring Edition is at 7:14.64, which beats out the Porsche 911 GT2 RS, Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 and the Nissan GT-R.
