Faster and built for the track, that is what the Nissan 370Z Nismo RC is well known for, and it is available for order as we speak. Nissan Motorsports has just rolled out its newest creation 370Z RC race car, which is based on street legal Z car.
The Nissan 370Z NISMO RC is track-ready and packs an array of competition modifications, which comes with a FIA-compliant roll cage, fire extinguisher, racing seat and numerous NISMO performance upgrades. These performance upgrades are a competition-spec exhaust, a remapped ECU, a race-spec clutch, a new lighter flywheel, and new oil coolers for the transmission and differential.
Power output for the Nissan 370Z NISMO RC has been boosted to 355 horsepower from the 3.7-liter V6 engine, which is a few more horsepower from the street-legal Nismo Z version. To further enhance performance, the Nissan 370Z NISMO RC’s weight has been reduced as well, which is now at a curb weight of 2,954 pounds.
The Nissan 370Z Nismo RC is designed to meet FIA GT4 regulations and the World Challenge GTS specifications. In addition, Nissan plans to modify it to meet the Grand-Am GS class specs.
