Mazda has recently showed the new Takeri Concept sedan at the 2011 Tokyo Motor Show, which is a study model for the next-generation Mazda6 sedan. And according to WhatCar? magazine, Mazda plans to offer a coupe version of the new Mazda6 as well.
All we know for now that the next-generation Mazda6 sedan will make its debut in 2013, and there is also a station version available as well. Looks like the wagon style is making a come back, which recently we have seen a lot auto companies are coming out with their own versions.
Anyhow, Mazda plans to have a four-seat coupe version of the next-generation Mazda6 in 2014, and it is likely to feature the new SkyActiv technology. With the SkyActiv technology, which its main goal is to save gas, we will likely see both of the 2.0-liter gasoline and diesel engines be available.
