The 2012 North American International Auto Show is coming near, and GM plans to show case its new Buick crossover that it has been working for years. The new crossover is rumored to be named as the Encore.
We have reported a few years back of a mini Buick Enclave crossover, but it seems not to be the case anymore, the new crossover will instead be called the Encore. According to GM spokeswoman Stephanie Rice, she said that the new crossover will be a “global production Buick crossover”. The small crossover is based on Buick Envision Concept, which will be available in Europe.
That is all we got for now on the new Buick crossover. We’ll keep you posted with more details when “Encore” crossover makes its debut at the Detroit Motor Show in January.
General Motors gave us a glimpse at the 2013 Buick Encore crossover last week, and now the company is showing off a few more teaser photos of its new small crossover. The 2013 Buick Encore crossover will make its debut at the 2012 Detroit Auto Show in January, and not much technical info has been spilled yet. But we can expect that the new Buick crossover will be more compact and fuel efficient, along with new Buick’s modern design. For now check out the new teaser photos above as we have more details coming up.
