The new 2013 Cadillac XTS luxury sedan will go on sale this spring, and the company has just announced the starting price of the 2013 XTS base model, which will start at an MSRP of $44,995 including a destination charge.
Cadillac emphasizes its new full-size luxury sedan as the “most technologically advanced car yet”, but we need more confirmation for that when it comes out this spring. At any rate, the new 2013 Cadillac XTS luxury sedan will be offered in four trims: Base, Luxury, Premium and Platinum, with the all-wheel-drive system be available with any of the three trim packages.
“The all-new XTS redefines our approach to the luxury sedan by combining advanced technology, stunning design and confident performance,” said Don Butler, vice president Cadillac marketing. “XTS brings new and exclusive technology, while still delivering the space and elegance that is Cadillac’s DNA.”
New for the 2013 Cadillac XTS luxury sedan is Cadillac’s latest CUE technology that features a new capacitive touch infotainment system. The CUE screen can be controlled with the Apple iPad through an app, which Cadillac said will be available next month.
For more creature comfort, the 2013 Cadillac XTS luxury sedan will have Magnetic Ride Control as standard on every vehicle. For more details on the 2013 Cadillac XTS luxury sedan, check out our previous post here.
