Mercedes-Benz is planning for a much more fluidity four-door sports sedan, but what the company didn’t plan was to have its images leaked onto the Web. Or was that purposely done? Anyhow, the new Mercedes-Benz Concept Style Coupe isn’t exactly a coupe as the name suggested, it is rather a compact sedan instead.
The new Mercedes-Benz Concept Style Coupe is scheduled to debut at the Beijing Motor Show next week, and from these leaked images, it is likely that the production model will be similar to the concept model. The new coupe is rakishly designed with an aggressive low stance, which is based on Mercedes’ new MFA platform.
What we know so far under the hood of the Mercedes-Benz Concept Style Coupe lies a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine producing about 208 horsepower. That is a bit of underpowered for a car of this stature. The engine is supposedly to come off the Mercedes-Benz A-Class five-door model.
That is all we know for now about the new Mercedes-Benz Concept Style Coupe, and we will have more details coming next week. Stay tuned.
