Kia K9 flagship with first glance of the interior

We got our first look of the new Kia K9 flagship back in May of 2011. The spy photos were taken while the Kia K9 sedan was parked openly at a commercial building. And now, the company has just released its first commercial of the Kia K9 sedan, which is based on the Kia KH concept sedan. In addition to the commercial, Kia also released a few teaser photos of the interior as well.

The Kia K9 flagship is set for launch later this year in South Korea, and from the videos, it is a very large and luxurious sedan indeed. Not much information has been released on the Kia K9 sedan, but we’re guessing that it will be powered by either a 296-horsepower 3.3-liter V6 engine or a 329-hp 3.8-liter V6 engine.

One cool thing about the new Kia K9 is its new high-tech adaptive LED headlights, which can track and steer with a steering mechanism. It can also adjust the vehicle’s speed to provide a greater viewing field ahead.

Like most luxury sedans, the new¬†Kia K9 flagship is no exception to luxurious material and equipment. It features a color heads-up display for vital information ahead, and a large 12.3-inch screen for the infotainment center. Oh, we forgot to mention about the leather seats. Oh well, it’s a given in most luxury vehicles anyway. More technical specs of the Kia K9 flagship to come, so stay tuned.
