BMW has released a video for the new BMW M6 Coupe and M6 Convertible. The new pair of BMW M6’s provide a balance between performance, agility, comfort and luxury. The new BMW M6 Coupé and Convertible are for those daily drivers who also want the M driving experience.

Under the hoods of both the new BMW M6 Coupé and Convertible are equipped with the same TwinPower Turbo 4.4-liter V8 engine producing a maximum power output of 560 hp and 500 lb-feet of torque.  The engine is mated to a 7-speed dual clutch that transfers power to the rear wheels featuring a limited-slip differential.

In the performance figures, they look impressive. For the Coupe, it can accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in just 4.2 seconds, and 4.3 seconds for the Convertible. Top speed is electronically limited to 155 mph, but if you opt for the M Driver’s Package, which increases to 190 mph.

The good thing about the BMW M6 Coupe and M6 Convertible is they came with shift paddles on the steering wheel, which you can shift gears for more zooms from the new V8 TwinPower Turbo engine at your fingertips. On the road, the rear-wheel drive with Active M differential makes your driving experience more exhilarating with torque being transferred to the wheel with more grip.
