Today at Jay Leno’s Garage, it gets a visit from the Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse supercar, and we’re lucky to get a personal closeup at this very exotic supercar. We’ve seen the Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse in many photos and videos, but never got to feel how it is like to be driven in one. Like most of us, we will probably never get to drive one in our lifetime, but this episode of Jay Leno’s Garage gets us a bit closer.
If you are into cars, you probably know that the Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse is the fastest and most powerful production car ever to come out of the factory. Many other supercars tried to beat its speed record but only a very few can accomplish so, and if they do, only for a temporary as Bugatti released another faster version.
The Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse with a targa top costs about $2 million, and that is a lot of buckaroos for most of us. For that price, you will get the top-range of everything, from the performance to all the luxury amenities known in the luxury car category. Oh yeah, we almost forgot to mention about the 1,200-hp engine.
While Jay Leno is no land speed record driver, he is very experience in driving fast supercars, and this what like to see of an everyday driver in a supercar. So check out the video below and feel the power of this supercar.
Also check out the latest Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport Vitesse Gris Rafale that will be debuting in the 2012 Brazil Auto Show in late October. If you want to know the price, the Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesses “Gris Rafale” fetches for €1.9 million ($2.5 million), or €210,000 ($280,000) more than the “regular” Veyron Grand Vitesse.
