Interior images of 2014 Mercedes-Benz S-Class sedan officially out

Just one more week before the debut of the all-new 2014 Mercedes-Benz S-Class at the New York Auto Show, the company has just released interior images of its new sedan. The highly anticipated Mercedes sedan has been designed entirely on new technology and innovation in the automotive industry. Mercedes-Benz promises that its flagship to deliver “the best automobile in the world.”

Today the Mercedes-Benz released about 24 detailed interior images of its 2014 Mercedes-Benz S-Class sedan to showcase its modern design, craftsmanship, and technological advancements. There are no exterior images this time, Mercedes-Benz is saving that for next week, although there were some spy photos emerged on the Internet a few hours ago.

As you can see in the pictures, the all-new 2014 Mercedes-Benz S-Class sedan’s instrument cluster is completely redesigned with two high-resolution color displays in a 12-inch screen; so, out with the analog cluster. On the left side of the display, it displays the traditional analog gauges in digital form, while the right side houses the infotainment (a cloud-based data delivery) and other interior settings.

Like many Mercedes-Benz models, the company is aimed to please both the driver and passengers. It went on great length to make the occupants as comfy as possible. The new 2014 Mercedes-Benz S-Class comes with “energizing” massage (six massage programs), active seat ventilation, heated seats, heated steering wheel and heated armrests on doors and center console.

In addition, Mercedes-Benz’s new climate control called “thermotronic” features automatic adjustment options for both the driver and passengers. The climate control also includes ionization filtering and an “active perfuming system to individually customize the smell of the vehicle interior. So, there is no need for an air freshener here.
