There is a new Honda sedan on the horizon. The company has just released its latest sedan concept model for the upcoming 2013 Shanghai Motor Show from April 20 to 29. The new sedan concept is dubbed at the Honda C, which was displayed at the Beijing Auto Show last year.
According to the company, the latest version of the C mid-size sedan will head for mass production in 2014 and the display model will be substantially identical to the production version. However, this particular sedan is only available for the Chinese market. From the looks, it is similar to the Honda Accord with beefed up front fascia and rear end, so there is no room for it here in the U.S.
Performance wise, the Honda C sedan will be equipped with similar powertrains found on the current Honda Accord, such as a four-cylinder-, six-cylinder-, and hybrid engines. We’ll have more definite details later next week, so stay tuned.
