It seems like the Europe is getting all the cool cars. Toyota unleases the new small car Aygo Black in the United Kingdom. Unlike the Aston Cygnet, the Toyota Aygo Black has a price tag that is down to earth. The Toyota Aygo Black is the top-of-line model of the Toyota Aygo.
The Toyota Aygo Black comes with leather seats, 14-inch alloy wheels and black metallic exterior paint. It is powered by a 1.0-liter VVT-i petrol engine with a five-speed manual transmission or an optional Toyota’s Multimode transmission. The 1.0-liter pumps out about 100 horsepower, that is sufficient to haul you around daily without hurting your wallet.
The Toyota Aygo Black is available both in 3 and 5-door version. Starting price of the 3-door version is about $14,456. Not bad for a commuting car, which gives you at least 48 miles per gallon. Just don’t plan to sit four full size adults in this car, space is tight.
The Aygo has plenty of competition already, which includes the FIAT Panda, Ford Ka, Suzuki Alto, Kia Picanto, Hyundai Aica, and the Aygo’s badge-engineered brethren, Citroen C1 and Peugeot 107.
