Alfa Romeo, the Italian car manufacturer, introduced the all new sporty Giuiletta for world-wide major auto markets in the beginning of May. The 2011 Alfa Romeo is a sporty car with design style to show its origin of the 1950′s era. The all new Alfa Romeo Giulietta five-door hatchback will be available in gasoline or diesel engine, with turbocharged and “Start & Stop” technology to save gas.

The Alfa Romeo Giulietta gasoline engine develops 120 horsepower and 170 horsepower from its 1.4-liter turbocharged engines. While the 1.6-liter diesel engine produces 105 horsepower and the 2.0-liter diesel produces 170 horsepower.

A 1.75-liter TBi turbocharged four-cylinder engine with direct injection producing 235HP and 340Nm of torque will later be introduced in the year for the Alfa Romeo Giuletta. Lastly, the-top-of-line racer spec, the Quadrifoglio Verde version, which comes with a 235-hp engine, lowered ride height, optional 18-in alloy wheels, and special trimmed Alfa interior.

The 2011 Alfa Romeo Giulietta’s new body measured about 14.27 feet in length, which gives a significant trunk space to a total capacity of 12.36 cubic feet. The Alfa Romeo Giulietta will be available in two trims: the Progression and Distinctive trims, which come with two optional Sport and Premium packages.

    I hope Alfa can continue into the next hundred years. They’ve made so many amazing car models, sporty cars, city cars, you name it.

    I want to see concepts like the Pandion become a reality. Ok, it’s not going to happen any time soon but I’d love to see Alfa make steps in that direction.
