Chrysler just officially released details on the Dodge Mopar’ 10 Challenger special edition with photos. The Mopar ’10 Challenger is currently available for pre-order, which is in a limited production of 500 units with pricing of $38,000 for an automatic transmission and $39,000 for a manual transmission.

The Mopar’ 10 Challenger limited-edition is based on the 5.7-liter HEMI Challenger R/T with modifications include a hood-venting system, cold-air intake, front and rear strut tower braces, and a unique engine cover. It comes only in Brilliant Black but with a choice of three accent colors of Mopar blue, red or silver. In the interior, the Mopar’ 10 Challenger limited-edition gets Katzkin leather treatment with Mopar shift handles, and logos. The Mopar ’10 Challenger even got a new set of rims of 20-inch forged heritage gloss-black wheels.

“Mopar ’10 has a wicked, sinister appearance that will turn heads.” said Ralph Gilles, President and CEO of Dodge, Chrysler Group LLC. “The Mopar brand resonates with hard-core enthusiasts, and this car will too.”

Owners of the Mopar’ 10 Challenger limited-edition will receive a special kit that includes a certificate with the vehicle identification number (VIN), build number and completion date, and a car sketch signed by designer Mark Trostle.
