Nissan today announced U.S. pricing for the 2011 Maxima and Sentra, which both cars are available nationwide at Nissan dealers. The 2011 Nissan Maxima comes in two trims of CVT and SV CVT, and while the 2011 Nissan Sentra comes in six trims.
The 2011 Nissan Maxima features a standard 290-horsepower 3.5-liter DOHC 24-valve VQ-series V6 engine and Xtronic CVT transmission. Few cosmetic changes that include new rolled edge tailpipe finisher, smoked headlights, dark chrome grille, and shiny gray interior stitching for the Sport models. There are also two new exterior colors of Metallic Slate and Brilliant Silver added.

For the 2011 Nissan Sentra compact sedan, there are six models offered – Sentra 2.0, 2.0 S, 2.0 SR, 2.0 SL and the performance-oriented Sentra SE-R and SE-R Spec V. The Nissan Sentra 2.0 models come with a standard 140-horsepower 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine, 6-speed manual transmission or fuel-efficient Nissan Xtronic CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission). While the Sentra SE-R comes with a 177-horsepower 2.5-liter inline 4-cylinder with Xtronic CVT. And lastly the SE-R Spec V version, it offers a 200-horsepower 2.5-liter inline 4-cylinder and a 6-speed manual transmission.
