Quick spy shots of the Saab 9-4X crossover SUV in production form during its preparation for the LA Auto Show. The Saab 9-4x Crossover will make its world premiere at the LA Auto Show this November 9th to 28th. It is a great joy to see the production model of the Saab 9-4X crossover stayed true to its concept model.

If you can remember, Saab was an unwanted child of General Motors. GM was trying to get rid of it really bad almost a year ago, which finally got it sold to Spyker (a Swedish automaker), and that was such a relief on both companies to separate the two. Finally, Saab gets to control its own destiny by making its car more interesting and exciting as it was intended in the beginning by those jet engineers.

Now rising from the pitfall, Saab will be introducing a whole new design to resemble its aero design cue. First off, the introduction of its new Saab 9-4X crossover, we can clearly see in the front fascia with pointed-cut air intake nostrils and a streamline jet-like body from the front to the rear end.

No details regarding the powertrains yet, but for sure, it is likely gets a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine and V6 engine. The 2.0-liter turbo engine is expected to pump out about 220 horsepower and while the 2.8-liter V6 producing about 300 horsepower. Both front-wheel and four-wheel drive options are available as well through a 6-speed manual or automatic transmission.

For sure, the Saab 9-4X crossover probably the best design that ever came out of the Saab camp. Stay tuned as we have more details on the specs and more photos in Technicolor when it debuts in November.
