If you have been waiting for years for the Camaro Convertible to come, well, there is good news. General Motors has just announced that the 2011 Camaro Convertible will arrive to Chevrolet showrooms in February 2011 with a starting price of $30,000.
The 2011 Camaro Convertible model will be available in two trims. The first trim is a standard coupe with a starting price of $30,000, which comes with a 312-hp Direct Injection V6 engine featuring 29 miles per gallon on the highway. The top trim is the Camaro Convertible SS model that comes with the 6.2-liter V8 engine producing 426 horsepower. Both six-speed manual transmission and six-speed automatic will be available in both trims, but the automatic transmission as an option instead.
No pricing announced yet for the 2011 Camaro Convertible SS model, but we assume that it would be around $36,900.
