Heide Performance Products (HPP) is preparing to show its next muscle car conversion at the SEMA show in Vegas, a Camaro-based Trans-Am kit. The HPP’s conversion kit mimics the old 1969 Pontiac Firebird style.

The parts fit but they don’t seem to match well with the new Chevy Camaro body. The end results are often mixed at best. Looks like the 69′ Pontiac Firebird style may be done for its time; just like the new Dodge Challenger.

What you get in HPP’s Trans-Am body kit for the Camaro are the front fascia with flair out scooper, double-nostril hood, rear spoiler, and a rear bumper. Also, HPP will have a Camaro wearing an HPP T-Top kit later on as well.
