Obama signs bill to give auto dealers more credit
First the mortgage rescue and now the auto rescue. In order to stimulate the economy, the federal government enacted another bill that would loosen credit by increasing the maximum size of the federal guaranteed loan that can be extended by the Small Business Administration.
