The Lamborghini has stood the test of time, and it is growing stronger with the new Aventador, which may be the most powerful, luxurious sports car to dominate the supercar arena. And just recently, the new Lamborghini Aventador rolled into Jay Leno’s Garage to give us a live taste of it.

Before we get to the video, here is a bit of info about the new Lamborghini Aventador. The supercar is powered by a new 6.5-liter V12 producing 700 horsepower, and it sits on a lightweight carbon fiber monocoque body structure. According to Lamborghini President Stephan Winkelmann, the Lamborghini Aventador supercar can accelerate from 0-60 mph in a mere 2.9 seconds and with a top speed of 217 mph.

In the video, Jay Leno takes us on a tour of the new Lamborghini Aventador with Research and Development Director Maurizio Reggiani, who dives us deep into the technical aspect of the supercar.
