BMW has officially issued a recall on its 2008-2011 5-Series, 7-Series, X5 SAV, and X6 models due to a fire risk from a circuit board that controls an axillary water pump. All of the turbocharged eight- and twelve-cylinder engines in the 5 Series, 5 Series Gran Turismo, 7 Series, X5 and X6 are affected by this recall because they shared the same built electric auxiliary water pump. Swedish Automobile agrees to sell Saab to China’s Pang Da and Youngman
It is a sad day for Saab, the company had to sell off its company completely over to China’s Pang Da and Youngman companies. Swedish Automobile N.V. and two Chinese automakers Youngman and Pang Da have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for the purchase of Saab and Saab Great Britain for just €100 million, which is approximately about $140 million US.
