Audi just confirmed that the new RS5 Coupe will be coming to the U.S. in 2012. If you can remember back in April of this year, we have reported the coming of the 2011 Audi RS5 to the U.S. with a price tag of around $105,900. Audi announced today it will officially reveal the car at the Pinakothek der Moderne München museum in Munich, Germany on July 26, 2010. The new A7 Sportback is the production version of the 2009 Sportback Concept that was unveiled at the 2009 Detroit International Auto Show, which will share similar powertrain of the Audi A7 sedan. Audi has confirmed that the Audi R8 Spyder will be available in the U.S. by early 2011. Due to tight emission regulations in the U.S., Audi will only supply the 4.2-liter V8 version instead of the 525-hp R8 Spyder 5.2 V10. Looks like the Volkswagen Bluesport will make to production after all since its debut as a concept almost half a year ago. Perhaps, this news comes as there is a need for VW to have a mini sports car to compete with the Toyota FT-86 or Honda CR-Z in this segment. Volkswagen hasn’t made any official announcement yet, but an unnamed source has confirmed that the VW Bluesport it was given a sneak peek of the final version of the car. The new Audi S5 Sportback will not be available in America, lets hope that it will, because Senner AG is tunning it up a notch. Senner tuned the 3.0-liter supercharged V6 to 375 horsepower and 365 pound-feet of torque, which is about 42 horsepower more than the original Audi S5 Sportback. Audi plans to produce the Audi R4 but hasn’t quiet decided whether or not to build it on stamped steel architecture or an aluminum spaceframe chassis. Since this will be a light and modern car, naturally, a light weight aluminum chassis is much better for this sports car. ABT is presenting the Audi R8 Spyder 5.2 V10 at the Geneva Motor Show. The never ending quest for power and fame continues. Not satisfied with the current Audi R8 Spyder V10, ABT tuner modified it to pump out an extra 75 ponies to a total of 600 horsepower.
