If you haven’t been thinking of a Camaro since its debut, hopefully these new Camaro concetps may change your mind a bit.  Chevrolet unveiled five beastly-beauty Camaro concepts at the annual SEMA Convention.  I feel like a kid at an ice cream truck  when I see these cars; each Camaro concept representing its own style and performance to suite your personality, so vote on your favorite(s).

Chevy Malibu LTZ Challenges Toyota Camry LE – Car Guide

GM has been gearing up to boost consumer confidence in the past few years with its campaign slogan “May the Best Car Win” as the car guide for new consumers in the family car market. The ad was very effective in that it extends the 60-day satisfaction guarantee.  Its ad campaign also dare to challenge Toyota’s bread and butter Camry at point blank.  The Toyota Camry has an already established reputation of being a reliable and economic car.  But the Chevy Malibu’s reputation is also getting up there, just not way up there yet.  So what are the selling points for the Malibu to dare take on this challenge?

The big question that always comes back to us for nearly 5 decades is “What is better, Camaro or Mustang”?  Well Motor Trend put that question to test again, but this time, it did it with an uneven match up.   Is it because that Chevy didn’t have a production supercharged Camaro SS version available to drag race with the Ford Mustang Shelby GT500?

All-New Chevy Caprice Police Car In 2011

Be on the lookout, the cops will get the all-new Chevy Caprice car in 2011. The modern full size sedan will offer both V-8 and V-6 engines. I guess the V-8 will go to the cops and the V-6 will go to the meter maids. Unlike your “civilian” passenger car, the Chevy Caprice has been developed in especially for police duty (fine, toss out that V-6 engine option please).  The powerful 6.0L V-8 with Active Fuel Management technology and E85 (ethanol) capability expected to accelerate from 0-60 in about 6 seconds. More donuts anyone? The V-8 engine is able to muster out 355 horsepower and 385 lb/feet of torque.
