General Motors today officially revealed the 2011 Chevrolet Volt with a base price tag of $41,000, including a $720 destination charge. But after federal and state tax incentives, the 2011 Chevrolet Volt will be around $33,500. Still, that is about $8,000 more than its competitor, the all-electric drive Nissan LEAF.
