The Hyundai ix20 will be releasing  in the United Kingdom on November 18, 2010 with a starting price tag of £11,595. The Hyundai new ix20 is a small MPV, which Hyundai hope to compete with the likes of Toyota iQ, Honda Fit and Ford Fiesta. The Hyundai ix20 will be offered in three drivetrain options and three trims of Classic, Active and Style.

General Motors is officially releasing full details of the Chevrolet Aveo, which was from a design concept of the Chevrolet RS Concept back in March. The new 2011 Chevrolet Aveo is a full production model according to GM, which borrows its design from the Chevrolet Spark and Cruze with hatchback styling and front fascia.

Ford UK is having all the fun with the Ford Fiesta. First it got the Fiesta RS500, and now, it gets the Ford Fiesta S1600 that looks like the old VW Beetle with painted blue stripes down the middle of the car.

Ford is making great progress in both America and Europe with North America sales up by 37 percent in the first quarter, and now in Europe, it is the No.1 automaker in Europe for the month of March with a sales volume of 192,500. Ford is currently Europe’s No.2 best auto seller in terms of volume. That’s good news for Ford in both sides of the pond.
