We know that Texas is the state of trucks, and to get a truck award from Texas is an honor indeed. But the 2012 Ford F-150 did not just get one award, it got handed with a bunch of honorary awards from the Texas Auto Writers Association.

Ford designer Melvin Betancourt has created a special edition 2012 Mustang Boss 302 Laguna Seca to be auctioned off at the Get Your Heart Racing benefit on October 15. It is a way for Melvin Betancourt to give back to the medical field that helped give him a second chance on life.
